   Hi Kim – I went to Phil’s blog and saw Liz’s photo – her spirit certainly shines through! Thank you for introducing me to your story – and for visiting my blog the other day.

   I also followed the link through to Phil’s article about ‘awareness release technique’. I am always on the lookout for ways of releasing stored emotions and I think this will be very useful to me. I found it because of you and Liz, so thank you!
